How do I order?


During this Pandemic, We are accepting orders from Monday to Thursday 18:00 and all deliveries will be on Friday to Sunday depending on your choice. However, If you have a last minute order or you wish to have it on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) Please give us a call or send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.




Can I cancel my order?


We will refund the full amount if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before delivery/pickup date. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the agreed delivery/pickup date, We are unfortunately unable to refund the amount you paid, as we have already accrued costs for your order.




Payment methods


We accept all major credit/debit cards. Mobile Pay is accepted. Send it to +358 41 7298408 Kindly put your full name when you send your payment. *For Mobile Pay, Please pay the amount on the same day after you checkout otherwise your order will be cancelled. Unfortunately we do not accept Cash payments this time.




How long can I store my box/board in the refrigerator?


To ensure the quality of our product, We recommend you to consume it on the same day you have received it. If you wish to put it in the refrigerator, Kindly take it out at least 30 mins. to let the cheese cool down first prior to consumption




Delivery/Pick-up


Delivery: We can deliver your order from Friday to Sunday (depending on your choice) on certain pickup points and time. However, If you have a last minute order or you wish to have it on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) Please give us a call or send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate when possible. Pick-up points: *Kirkkonummi Railway Station* In front of Rkiosk Taxi Stand. 15:30 - 16:00 Friday & Sunday Free pick-up *FREE Home Delivery in Kolsari & Bro area 16:00 - 16:15 Friday & Sunday *Helsinki Railway Station* In front of Hesburger and Robert's Coffee 17:00 - 17:15 Friday & Sunday with additional charge.
*Additional charges applies to home delivery and should be agreed separately before ordering.




I have food allergy/dietary requirements


Please let us know and we will try to accomodate and do the best box/board that is suitable for you. *There will be an additional charge if you wish to have (Lactose free, Gluten free etc.) Board, Boxes & Cones. You can leave a note on checkout or send us an email at horsdoeuvrebymichaelnicole@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.




Can you customize my charcuterie box?


We are happy to customize your box/board for your perfect charcuterie experience! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can make the necessary adjustments for your occasion.

*There will be an additional charge if you wish to have (Lactose free, Gluten free etc.) Board, Boxes & Cones.




Where are the crackers? Is it included?


We prefer not to include any crackers inside our Petite Box, Classic Box, Grande Board. All our Cheese & Charcuterie Board/Boxes comes with crackers on the side. *For Petite Box, Classic Box, Grande Board, they are in a separate bag. *For Magnifique Board, It will be included inside the board.




Hygiene Pass


Yes, We do have a hygiene pass. *All food handlers must have a hygiene pass as mandated by law.




How can I reserve a delivery slot?


Delivery slots can only be confirmed after payment. Unfortunately we won't be able to reserve a slot for unpaid reservations made e.g. via email.




How many days in advance can I order?


*For Petite box, Classic Box, Sucre, Delice & Chic Cones: We need at least 2 days lead time prior to your delivery/pickup date. *For Grande Board & Magnifique Board: We need at least 4 days lead time prior to your delivery/pickup date.




Home Delivery Fees and Policies


Kirkkonummi Area 1 = €5 within 5km radius from Kirkkonummi Railway Station. Kirkkonummi Area 2 = €15 beyond 5km radius from Kirkkonummi Railway Station. Other Areas €15
